The International Executive Board is comprised of eight alumnae volunteers looking to advance the Sorority as an Organization. Each board member serves a two-year commitment in her position.

CATHERINE ROSS - PRESIDENT

Catherine graduated in 2006 from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Engineering Science & Mechanics and a B.S. in Mathematics. While attending Virginia Tech, Catherine was a colony founder and was the Membership Education Director and Recruitment Director for three semesters. She helped form the colony into the Rho Chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon and during her time in the colony/chapter she helped triple its size. After graduation Catherine served as Rho Chapter's Alumna Advisor and was also the President of the Rho Alumnae Chapter. Catherine works for K2M, Inc, a medical device company focusing on complex spine innovations, where she manages the development of spinal deformity correction devices. Catherine enjoys going to see the ballet and classical music concerts as well as playing Wii, shopping and hanging out with friends. Her first two years on the IEB she enjoyed the position of Alumnae Relations Officer. She has just finished serving 2 years as the Director of Expansion. She is honored to now step into the role as IEB President for the upcoming term.

SONYA TANKERSLEY - SECRETARY

Sonya joined the Gamma Chapter at NC State University in Fall of 1993. She graduated in Fall of 1994 with a B.S. in Textile Engineering. She separated from the school but came back to earn a second B.S. in Environmental Engineering in the Fall of 1996. She became an Alumnae Advisor for the Zeta Chapter in 1997 until early 2000. Her first appointment to the International Executive Board was for the 2002 to 2004 term as Secretary. She has served as Chair on numerous committees over the years. She is currently Elections Chair. She is a practicing Professional Engineer working for the NC Department of Transportation designing highways for the State of North Carolina. Her favorite part of being an alumna of Alpha Omega Epsilon is going to Convention to see where the Sorority is headed, to meet new alumnae and actives, and visit with old friends. She is excited to join the International Executive Board and work with the current board members.
HOLLY HOGAN -TREASURER

Holly became a member of Alpha Omega Epsilon’s Delta chapter at the Milwaukee School of Engineering in the fall of 2003. While an active, Holly served as Vice President for two years, webmaster for four years and was actively involved in the risk management and bylaws committees. Holly also was involved in the MSOE Greek Council. She served as a council representative for Alpha Omega Epsilon and as executive board Treasurer from winter term 2003-04 to the end of spring term 2007. Shortly after graduation, Holly was presented with the 2007 MSOE Greek of the Year Award in recognition for her contributions to Greek life on MSOE’s campus. Holly graduated in November 2007 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Physics. Since graduation, Holly has been working as a Facilities Engineer with Quad/Graphics, a magazine, catalog and direct mail printing company based in the suburbs of Milwaukee. In her spare time Holly enjoys playing games, painting, and music.
JENNIFER HARRIS - INTERCHAPTER RELATIONS

Jennifer is a charter member of the Nu Chapter at the University of Delaware. After joining in Fall 2003, Jen quickly became an active member of her chapter, serving as Community Service chair, Social chair and First Vice President over her four years. After graduating in 2007 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a minor in Environmental Engineering, Jen became involved with the Sorority at the international level as the Documentation Committee Chair and as a member of the Convention Committee, serving as its chair for the 2010 Convention and serving as Secretary a year and a half before stepping into the ICR role. Jen looks forward to serving as the IEB ICR for the next 2 years.
JESSICA GEORGE - ALUMNAE RELATIONS

Jessica graduated in 2011 from Texas Tech with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. While at Texas Tech, Jessica was a colony founder and was the President for 2 years. After chartering Beta Alpha, Jessica also held event coordinator and merchandise chair positions. Jessica works as a contractor at BNSF Railways, focusing on analyzing ergonomics and safety issues.

Katie graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2010 with a B.S. in Genetics, Medical Microbiology & Immunology. She was a member of the Omicron Chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon and served as Panhellenic Representative, Vice-President, and President of her chapter while attending UW. Katie is currently a third-year medical student at WVSOM. She is also serving as a graduate teaching assistant for the Clinical Skills Department.

Maureen graduated from the University of Southern California in the Fall of 1999 with a B.S. in Computer Engineering & Computer Science. She worked in the dot com industry for 9 years before deciding to go freelance. As a Charter Member of the Epsilon Chapter, she helped to form Alpha Omega Epsilon at USC. Seeing the positive impact the sorority had in her own life, she decided to pursue expansion efforts on other campuses by serving as the IEB Vice President from 2001-2004. She is excited to be back on the board, working to further promote the sorority in various engineering & technical science industries as well as the academic community.
